Creating effective and resilient leaders within a millennial workforce seminar

Lincoln Occupational Health is pleased to be hosting a seminar on ‘Creating effective and resilient leaders within a millennial workforce’, in partnership with the recruitment firm, The Maine Group on Thursday, 30 November 2017.
Agenda
This seminar will focus on the most prominent and new areas of stress within organisations. Millennials are now being fast tracked into managerial status and are often not supported with the relevant upskilling to make them successful, and feel confident within their positions.
We will look at an alternative framework and training model to overcome and prepare you for these stress pockets in your organisation. We will highlight how to utilise the inherent strengths of your teams, thereby creating a happier and more productive workforce. We will cover the following:
- challenges faced by a millennial workforce

- increasing wellbeing and productivity within the millennial.
