Food Safety Course Level 1
This half-day course is designed to provide a basic understanding to anyone who has a general interest in food safety. It is suitable for a variety of candidates, including employees handling low-risk or wrapped food or those who work front of house, such as waiting or check out staff, as well as back of house such as kitchen porters or warehouse staff.
Food Safety Course Level 2
LeveI 2 is the level of training required for food handlers to meet legislative  requirements. This covers people working in restaurants, kitchens, cafes, schools, colleges and most self-employed people, such as mobile takeaways and home bakers.
This 1 day course is aimed at making the learning relevant to specific business environments to increase effectiveness.
Food Safety Course Level 3
The Level 3 Food Safety course is designed for people who have completed Level 2 but may need additional training such as supervisors and business owners. This is in response to legislation changes which place a greater onus and accountability on anyone in the food business with supervisory responsibility.
This 3 day course provides a thorough understanding of food safety procedures emphasising the importance of monitoring staff and controls. The course expands the training to include topics such as identifying problem areas and how to recommend solutions.
